Ocean Avenue South - Identity + Branding

I was engaged by M&C Saatchi LA to create three logos for their client, Related, a real estate developer. They constructed two luxury condominium buildings in Santa Monica known as Ocean Avenue South. This development includes two sister buildings: "The Seychelle" and "The Waverly." Both buildings are upscale, with The Waverly positioned at a higher price point. My design concept aimed to incorporate aspects of the surrounding environment—the ocean and the beach. Additionally, it was essential for the logos to have a cohesive visual relationship.
