Ocean Avenue South - Identity + Branding

I was hired on by M&C Saatchi LA to develop three logos for their client, Related, a real estate developer. They built two luxury condos in Santa Monica called Ocean Avenue South. There are two sister buildings that consist of Ocean Avenue South: "The Seychelle" and "The Waverly." Both are high-end, with The Waverly being more expensive. My concept was to capture elements of the location—the sea and the sand. Both of the logos also needed to look related to each other.
